George’s experience as a long-time entrepreneur, coupled with his age, were issues that needed to be overcome as he sought employment in a corporate setting.  He was also very discerning about the type of corporate environment he wanted.  GCM-Arbora worked with him on developing documents and interview responses that built on his strengths and mitigated his liabilities.  When the position that appealed to him came up, GCM-Arbora worked with him to negotiate the contract.  He is thrilled with the results of the process.
