GCM helped Lori move within her current company from being a consultant to having a full time position.  GCM worked with her to negotiate adding relocation reimbursement and a performance review in six months geared toward a salary increase.

GCM update 3.23.2009

Jay came to GCM after retiring from the Air National Guard after 20 years of service.  He wanted to stay in aviation and GCM helped him get into the operations side.  He jumped at the chance to broaden his experience and GCM will continue working with him to develop his accomplishments for a more permanent position, since the position he took was only temporary up to 24 months.

Karyn was aggressive in obtaining interviews and with the coaching of GCM she was able to establish herself as a finalist for the position she wanted very quickly.  GCM worked with her on interview strategies and the final negotiations with excellent results.

GCM update 3.19.2009

GCM helped Tracey to break the six figure compensation ceiling that was her goal with her new position.  The company is positioned for growth and she will be involved in shaping company policies and procedures.  GCM worked with her through the long interview process and counseled her through the negotiations; especially regarding the bonus award.

Larry is very excited about the growth opportunity with this company he found with the assistance of GCM. It is an established company, but he will be involved in a startup operation. He has the opportunity to quickly move into a management role where he will build the sales team thanks to GCM.

Mike’s previous company has gone into bankruptcy and asked that he return and steer the company through the process.  GCM helped him through negotiations of this offer and he is excited about this opportunity as it will provide him with a new level of experience that he can leverage for the future with the guidance of GCM.

Bob is thrilled with the results that came through working with GCM. He met with the principals of the firm, knew this was the company he wanted to work for and really worked the GCM process to obtain a position. They were sufficiently impressed to create a new position for him.

Sheila was seeking an executive level role with a local non profit where she could use her leadership skills to take it to the next level of development. GCM worked with her to develop a local network of leaders, which led her to the company that gave her an offer. The initial offer she received was a bit low, so GCM advised her in the negotiation process for an increase and the opportunity for future increases.
